SHIPPING

 

Unless otherwise instructed, we always ship our plants by airfreight as follows:

  • Plants in compots, 1" clay pots, seeding orchids and top cutting orchids are shipped out of pot, bare root.

  • Plants grown in 2 1/2" clay pot, plastic basket and blooming size will be shipped with basket or clay pots.

  • Plants grown in 4" plastic baskets will be shipped with baskets.

  • Orchids will be wrapped in paper and shipped in cardboard carton boxes. 

  • Cut-flower orchids will be packed in our standard boxes. 

We will make the best effort to be sure that your orchids will arrive in good condition.  Every care will be taken in packing and insulation against cold weather. If special instructions are required please let us know in advance.
 

All orders will be shipped with 2 Invoices, 2 Packing Lists, Airway Bill, the CITES Certificate (issued by the Thai Government), a Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand and a Certificate of Origin (issued by the Thai Government) for countries that require this document

 

Note that in some countries, the importer must have an import permit.  For the certain countries, this document must be present before order confirmation.
 

Our good packaging helps to keep the orchids stay fresh for longer.  However, the boxes should be moved within 2 days after arrival then conserved with control temperature room.
 

CLAIMS AND DAMAGES:

 

We will make every effort to be sure that your plants will arrive in good condition.  Damages to any of the plants due to freezing, overheating, poor packing, delays in shipping beyond our control will be replaced at no cost to you.  However, we are NOT responsible for any additional shipping or freight charges involved with these replacements so we suggest that any claims approved by us be compensated with replacement plant products added to next order only.  It is your responsibility to notify us of any damages within 7 days from receipt of shipment or this guarantee will be void.  To make a claim, photos must be taken of the damaged plants and sent to us.

 

PACKING INFORMATION

 

Please note that in most cases of orchid shipments, airfreight charges are based on volume rather than weight, i.e. 7,000 cubic centimeters or 427 cubic inches is treated as equivalent to one kilogram and charged accordingly.
