QUOTATIONS:

Before ordering, please inquire from us the availability of the plants you are interested in.  You will receive our formal Quotation normally within 12-24 hours.  You then have 10 days to confirm your order.  At this stage, we will fax or e-mail an invoice to you.  Payment must be made at this time (see below) and, upon receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within 10 working days.   Simple!!
 

SALES CONDITIONS:

• Prices quotes are the net prices of plants with packing and excludes freight and handling. 

• Price Quotes are valid for 10 days only and, after that time, are subject to change without prior notification.

• Freight - Our terms are FOB Bangkok International Airport.

• Handling - including Phytosanitary Certificates is dependent on the order - between $70-100 per order.

• Import Permits - this is your responsibility - we know certain countries need these permits.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Minimum cost of plants per order is US$300.00. 

Unless prior arrangement has been made, full payment (covering the cost of plants, $70-100 handling fee (CITES and Phytosanitary Certificates, invoices, etc.),  and estimated freight charges (if prepaid) must be prepaid upon confirmation of the order).
 

Payment can be made by Direct Wire Transfer to the Bank and Account to be advised.   Western Union Money Transfer Service payments are acceptable upon demand.  We regret that personal check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments are NOT accepted.

Orders are accepted only in writing by e-mail or letter.  Please gives us details of your Destination Airport and/or designated Air Cargo Carrier/Freight Forwarder, Custom Brokerage Agent, (including telephone and fax numbers) and, if necessary Import Permit Number with your order.  Also, please advise your preference of Airline, and routing.  We recommend that you use our Order Form so that all this pertinent information is recorded.

After receipt of payment, orders will be shipped within 10 working days and you will be kept fully informed of the shipment status.
